Covered: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
Not Covered: Normal wear, natural timber quirks, accidents, misuse, clearance or promo items, wrong assembly, ownership changes, or commercial use.
Making a Claim: Take a photo or short video of the issue. If approved, we’ll send a replacement part, and it comes with its own 5-year warranty.

Our user-friendly connectors designed to be straightforward, requiring only a screwdriver (provided) to secure your furniture pieces. Align your components, place the connector's screw in a pre-drilled hole, and tighten them with a screw.
