Can I assemble the furniture myself? Absolutely. Our furniture is designed for a stress-free assembly experience. Every order includes clear, step-by-step instructions and all necessary hardware. With a battery screwdriver or drill, you’ll have your setup completed in no time.
Do you offer an assembly service? While our pieces are designed for DIY assembly, we also offer a professional assembly service within the Auckland area. Alternatively, there are a number of 3rd party companies that offer assembly services across NZ.
Where can I find assembly instructions? Instructions are included with your order and are available on our website. Otherwise, just contact us, and we’ll email you a PDF copy right away.
Can I upgrade my bed with accessories later? Yes! Accessories such as legs, headboards or side rails for floor beds can be purchased separately at any time (shipping costs apply).
How do you approach sustainability? It’s at the heart of everything we do. We use FSC-certified New Zealand pine and European birch, and our manufacturing processes are designed to minimize waste.
Are plywood accessories compatible with pine beds? Yes, they are fully compatible.
What type of slats do you use? We use solid NZ pine timber slats for pine beds, bunks, and loft beds, and matching birch ply slats for our birch ply beds, ensuring a strong, supportive, and long-lasting sleeping surface.
Can bunk and loft beds be converted as kids grow? Yes. Our bunk & loft beds are designed to adapt. When you’re ready to separate them, you can purchase an additional set of legs to convert them into individual beds.
What is the weight limit for your beds? They are built to support over 150Kg for single, king single, and 250Kg for Double beds and larger, making them safe and sturdy for children and adults.
How much weight can the top bunk or loft hold? They are built to support over 150kg, making them safe and sturdy for both children and adults.
Can the ladder be attached to either side? Yes, the ladder is reversible and can be mounted on either side. You don't need to specify this when ordering.
What are the recommended mattress heights?
• Bunk beds: We recommend a mattress up to 20 cm thick to maintain safe clearance for the safety rails.
• Trundle beds: To ensure it slides easily under the bed, the mattress should not exceed 20 cm.
Do your products come with a warranty? Yes, all products include a comprehensive 5-year warranty, reflecting our confidence in our craftsmanship.
What is your return policy? We do not accept returns for change-of-mind reasons. Please see our return and exchange policy for details regarding other valid return reasons.
What is the typical lead time? Most orders are completed within 10-12 working days. If you have an urgent deadline, get in touch, and we’ll do our best to speed things up for you!
How long does delivery take? Once your furniture has been completed, delivery takes 3-5 days for most North Island locations, and 5-10 days for South Island orders.
Is there a trade-in program? Yes! You can return outgrown or old furniture for a credit toward your next purchase. It’s a great way to support sustainability and give your furniture a second life.
