Shipping policy
You can pick up your order for free from our factory warehouse at 16C Flexman Place, Silverdale, Auckland 0932.
We also offer free delivery within 20km of our warehouse.
Shipping typically takes 3–5 working days within the North Island and 5–7 working days to the South Island.
When your order arrives, please check everything carefully and unpack it soon after. If you spot any damage, take a few photos and get in touch within 24 hours so we can help sort it out quickly.
