Shipping & Delivery Policy
We want to make getting your new furniture as smooth as possible! Here is everything you need to know about our pickup, local delivery, and nationwide freight options.
1. Pickup & Local Delivery
Free Warehouse Pickup: You can pick up your order for free from our warehouse located at 16C Flexman Place, Silverdale, Auckland 0932.
Free Local Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders within 20 km of our warehouse.
2. Delivery Timeframes
North Island: Typically 3–5 working days.
South Island: Typically 5–7 working days.
Please note: When your order arrives, please check everything carefully and unpack it soon after delivery. If you spot any damage, please take a few photos and get in touch within 24 hours so we can help sort it out quickly.
