Frame crafted from pressed birch with a soft-touch, transparent, waterproof, and non-toxic coating
Easy to clean and maintain
Mattress slats made from top-grade NZ pine with no added coating
All pressed birch materials meet European E1 VOC standards for low formaldehyde emissions
Materials: Sustainably sourced FSC®-certified NZ pine and European birch plywood. Our plywood is E1-rated for standard applications, or E0-rated depending on the specific finish used, ensuring the lowest possible formaldehyde emissions.
Finish: Our birch plywood features a premium protective finish, available as either a UV protective coating or a durable UV protective film surface. Both options are non-toxic, waterproof, and easy to clean.
Components: We use only stainless steel self-drilling screws and the Swiss Lamello Cabineo connecting system.
Safety: All materials are selected for low toxicity and peace of mind, meeting strict indoor air quality requirements.

Packaging
All orders are shipped in eco-friendly, twin-walled, recyclable cardboard boxes. For local pick-up orders, we do not use boxes to make loading easier and to help reduce unnecessary packaging waste.
